Question: What was your first impression when you saw the Jackie M boutique?
LAD: I thought it was lovely. The I thought, Oh they might be keeping me around for a while.

Question: It looks like a real Beverly Hills boutique.
LAD: I wouldn't know. I don't go into those kind of stores anymore. I would go into Giorgio shop for hours and sip champagne.

Question: This looks like the type of place that would serve champagne to its clientele.
LAD: I wish they would, while we're at work! But we probably couldn't finish our scenes.

Question: What can you tell us about the set we can't see?
LAD: It's actually a very dangerous set. No one's wokred on it without tripping. Whenyou come in the front door, there's this tiny step that leads to a ramp. It's not well-delineated, soeveryone trips there. It's hideous in high heels.

Question: Do they change the mannequins regulary?
LAD: They change the clothes every time we use it. I would dread to think what the prices are in the shop. I know I couldn't afford them.

Question: Are those fake floral arrangements or the real deal?
LAD: Thye use only fresh flowers. It's unbelievable. We get to take them home after we're done.

Question: Is there any place you like to stash your script?
LAD: Everywhere and anywhere. Actually, you find scripts in there from a week ago. I've generally put them under cushions or under the reception area.

Question: There is no cash register?
LAD: I guess it is the kind of place where the customers say 'Please charge it to my account.'

Question: Is there anything on the set that you don't like?
LAD: My photograph on the wall over the reception area. It would be really cool if it looked more like a Warhol portrait.

Question: Is there a prop that you would like to own or take home?
LAD: I love the chaise lounge. I wouldn't mind having that in my living room.

Question: Do you ever rest on it between takes?
LAD: No, there's never any time for that. But I had quite a lovely scene with Deacon on that chaise. Jackie really doesn't have anybody now, does she? She needs another man to play with on that chaise again. It's going to waste.
